Condo price in Singapore falls by 1.8% in Oct 2008. HDB price will start to drop soon

Condo price drop by 1.8%. It will follow by drop in HDB price in coming quarters.
Otherwise, the price of HDB flat will match condo price very soon.
Analysts project prices of private residential properties will slide by 2 per cent over the next 6 months.
